Privacy Policy

EvDigital is the controller of the data collected on this website. For any question about this policy or about your data, use the form on the contact page.

Only what you write in the contact form:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number, if you choose to provide it (it is optional)
• What you need, chosen from the list
• The message you write

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across sites and we neither buy nor sell contact lists.

It is used solely to respond to your request and, if we go ahead, to carry out the work you ask of us. We also keep the status of the contact (for example, whether we have already replied) so that we can organise ourselves.

We do not sign you up to newsletters or campaigns. If one day we want to send you that kind of communication, we will first ask for your express permission, and you can withdraw it whenever you wish.

We process this data to follow up on a request that came from you (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

We keep contacts that did not lead to any work for 24 months, after which they are deleted. If we do work with you, the data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required by law afterwards.

You can ask for deletion before then at any time.

Only EvDigital. The data is stored in our own database and is sent by email to our internal address when you contact us.

You can ask us, at any time and without giving a reason, to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to its processing, or receive it in a format you can take elsewhere.

Just ask through the contact form. We reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled the matter as we should, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

The connection to the website is encrypted. Access to the contacts we receive is restricted and password-protected. We do not record the content of your messages in diagnostic logs.
